i really have no set business hours, gerry, beyond usually being around
from around 10 to 6ish on weekdays as i can talk to suppliers and ship

removeable diode assembly. i'm presuming you don't mean the voltage

Not knowing the official name and too lazy to look it up, I described the
voltage regulator as a removable diode assembly. It's the little gizmo
held on with two screws that can be replaced without removing the
alternator.
I can get a hueco glow relay for $85.xx plus $5.xx frt elsewhere, but

And your diagnosis pretty much confirms that. It could be
as simple as a broken joint at the connector, but you probably

some notches filed in backsides of the plier tongues help to secure the

All heat all the time. With a 12 V test light, one wire is hot, one not.
When it is plugged in i get both wires hot. This is the same if i have AC on
or full heat.
If I clamp off the mono valve hose I get ice cold air. Can someone help me
Order a monovalve repair kit. Easy repair job. Not too expensive.
