This is the 123 HP 5 cylinder TURBO diesel (same engine found in the

Very rare car.

Bob,
start with a leaf blower and work down from there.
At least you had a decent tail wind through our valley yesterday!
Next time you make that trip, give a shout out and we'll have a
mini-fest or at least a cup of coffee along I-10.

Without knowing the offset (ET), hard to tell if they will fit or not.
The W126 takes an offset of around 25.

Roger, here's another thought.
Log on to www.tirerack.com and see if they offer that wheel size and
tire size in their upgrade area for the W126.
If yes, it would be a go as they are very good about this sort of thing.

You need help. No really, I am serious. It's one thing to act in a

US model diesels start in first, gas models start out in 2nd. Only
exception is my 85 380SL. All of the many gas W126 models I have owned
start out in 2nd and the W126 diesels started out in 1st.
For further clarification, check your specific owners manual.

OK, but the question specific was to a US model W126 gas model. I know

Which also leads to the thought that perhaps the early 92 and up

Close about posting Q and A on the Listing but not quite right.
When the Lister answers a question through Ebay, he/she has the option
to check boxes whether or not the Q and A will go on the listing page.
Sounds like the Lister checked the wrong box!
