Why do you think so? This is present there in PSDK and we already have
those flags for ARM in winnt.h.

Sorry for delayed answer. I put such a patch to my tree so that it's
tested by my builds and forgot about it :) Anyway, it seems to work
fine, so I just need a review to commit it.
