Quickly reviewing this, I think people who sell lower end items under $40 are going to be hit the most. For instance a person selling a $9.99 item and charging $10 postage will now be paying a final value on $20 and that will almost double their Ebay expense with very little off-set by the

I called E-Bay and voiced my opposition to a represenative. With limits already in place on DVDs, Books and other items, adding the cost of shipping to the final value fees, will certainly not achieve their stated goal of encouraging more sellers to lower shipping fees or offer free shipping,
