I agree with the taxation sentiment. What I don't agree with is taxing people based on shipping. FRANC

FRANC Let's face it: Anybody who's making $20,000+ on eBay is a dealer in my book, and I can't see why you shouldn't be eligible to taxation, just like anybody else.
