I agree with the taxation sentiment. What I don't agree with is taxing
people based on shipping. FRANC

Having closed what was left of my eBay store only a few weeks ago, from
a seller standpoint I now couldn't care less about the new fee
structure.

As a professional dealer, who pays TAXES on any income generated from
selling posters, I must admit that I actually applaud the following:


Ebay through PayPal will be sending out 1099s for your gross sales
inclusive of shipping if you have 200 transactions in excess of $20,000
in total.   FRANC


Let's face it: Anybody who's making $20,000+ on eBay is a dealer in my
book, and I can't see why you shouldn't be eligible to taxation, just
like anybody else.

I would like to hear some other opinions on this issue.
