Kiwi does that change anything you stated before about the hoses being run to
and from the charcoal canister from everything I can tell it seems to be a
California model but I can't see any designation of that nor can I find the Pcv
valve I have the Haynes manual and it says the two hoses
I will check the plugs asap and get back to you I never took them out to
check yet

The bike has 16k miles on it. I had the carbs complete apart and cleaned
them up so I'm thinking it might be like you said the fuel levels are off
because of how much jb weld I had to put in there to stop the leak. I will
start by taking the hoses off and cleaning them etc. What do you mean
