Definitely a problem at Citibank's end. The citicards website spits
out an error if you try to download a statement in Quicken format. It
seems to work if you choose .QIF format, but that does not seem to be
a choice for unbilled activity, only for previous whole statements.

I, too, am having problems with Citibank today. It has worked for many
months, but today I just get the "downloading" message and then
nothing appears.

I just wanted to make sure you understand that the "Timing" of an
allocation is specified in two places: once on your Spending Plan,
where you specify First Half/Second Half/All Month for each bucket;
and second on the Allocate Income panel (after you click the "Allocate
Income" icon) wher

thx for the instant answer. I am embarrassed this was answered in a
FAQ and I asked... Uggh. I glanced at the faq, but obviously not
enough.

Drew and Kevin,
If I'm reading Drew's comments correctly, it seems to conflict with
the logic outlined in the FAQ and link that he provides. The FAQ
states:
"When set to the first half, MoneyWell will fill all the buckets set
to "First Half" fully and the buckets set to "All Month" partially.

The online services cheat a bit. Check out this FAQ:

how is moneywell different from mint or yodlee in this regard?
I downloaded the demo to give it a try, and found the same issue with
Chase. However, Mint and yodlee connect and download w/o a single
complaint?

The thing is, there was no "starting balance" for the accounts. I
started using MW at the same time I changed banks, so all of my
accounts had zero balance in them. I guess the closest thing to a
"starting balance" transaction was the couple of deposits of money
that were transferred from my old b

Was wondering if I can pay bills online through MoneyWell? As a
current user of Quicken Mac I use that feature extensively. I would
love to find a replacement for Quicken but two features that are
important to me are online bill pay and budgeting that allows

I currently find myself in the situation that all my expense buckets
are empty, yet I have money left on my spending accounts. All incoming
transactions to these accounts have been allocated to income buckets,

Thanks Drew and Kevin, I will make sure that is the setting. Once I

Thanks once again.
