Anyone know of a web filter that can require attestation that the user
believes the site to be work-related and safe for each new domain
visited, also announces that all web visits are logged and monitored?
I envision that it would keep state for some amount of time (several
IIRC, Websense allows for a customized block page. You'd probably need to do
some scripting to monitor cookies or something to fulfill the 'new domain'
part...

Back in the day, say 2003-04ish I was running Smartfilter from a company
called N2H2 that did this in a very similar fashion and I loved it. This
company was purchased by Secure Computing who then was purchased McAfee...not
sure if that feature is still in the product or not. It was nice
