Thanks everyone for your replies. Though this one looks and feels like Komiya's work, I wasn't sure because of the 8 petals. Komiya's Dahlia has 12 petals and involves a crossed-box-pleat collapse. It's definitely not low intermediate. And that's why I wasn't too sure of who might be the creator
