Hi Mike,
I have been trying to workaround the same problem.
The issue is that images will not be rendered within a CGI directory.
If your set your ScriptAlias to the domain's root '/', the alias '/otrs-web/'
becomes a subdirectory of the CGI directory.
I run OTRS in a subdomain (i.e.
a value called Add new..., and if this is
selected, then the Agent has the option to enter a new company via a newly
displayed text box which appears???
Any ideas? Thanks
Oliver

Hi Shawn,
Queues blink to indicate which queue has the oldest ticket and they turn red if
a ticket within the queue is over a admin-defined age (eg 24 hrs).

Hi Colby,
Regarding signatures.
I created agent specific signatures within OTRS and, as we are an international
company, the signatures also varied depending on the continent in which our
customer is based (contact details etc.).
If you are interested in this I can provide you with a patch to
Hello
Just installed OTRS on a new server.
When I attempt to view /otrs/index.pl I get the download dialog box, which

Hi Zeke,
Each of the links in the footer has been assigned a 'class' (ie 'footeritem' or
'small').
You can use html to create a new class or define the 'style' inline.

Hello Zeke,
In order to maintain full database integrity, it is NOT possible to delete a
user via the GUI. If a user account is no longer required you can set it to
'invalid' within the 'user' section of the admin area.
If you really want to remove a user - and are absolutely confident that
Hello,
I have experienced a similar problem when a local (non OTRS related) issue
occurs. For some reason, your ticket 10440 has been created incorrectly and it
is not complete. This ticket will need to be removed or you will lose
visibility of any new tickets created since '10440'. The
Mark,
I can also create your own variables.
In Modules/AdminCompose.pm, prior to (approx line 270):

Hi Mark,
I only used the X-Headers to filter incoming emails and I cannot quickly think
of a way to include X-Header content within an email.
Perhaps someone else could shine some light on this for you.
Hope you get your answer.

Graeme

Hi Rudi,
I have experienced a similar issue.
When this occurs, we simply remove the erroneous tickets from 'ticket' table in
the SQL (OTRS) database and this resolves the issue 100% of the time.
If this is not helping in your case, I can only assume that some corrupt

Hi Richard,
To reformat your outgoing OTRS Email, simply add the following to Config.pm :
$Self-{ResponseFormat} = '$Data{Salutation}
$Data{StdResponse}
$Data{OrigFrom} $Text{wrote}:
$Data{Body}
$Data{Signature}
';
If you don't want the original message displayed remove :

Hi,
Use one of the freetext fields.
Define a TicketFreeKey within the Config.pm:

The Coding is already in place and when populated, the 'EstCompleteDate' will
