Harry could probably address this much better, but from what I gather all
you need do is follow the usual procedure of setting the beginning and
ending of a segment to be cut as many times and wherever in the MP3 that you
desire, then go to cut with your mouse router, then per usual to Save.
The keyboard cut command is c.
B for begin, n for end, and c for cut.

I think it is a good program once you get the hang of it. It records direct
to MP3 and edits MP3s without converting them so there is no loss of
quality. It also has command line options and it is free.
