Yes, I think it can be done. First, you'll need to go into WMP and configure
it not to automatically rip the whole CD. Next, when you insert a CD and
bring up WMP, you can go into the CD ripping view and just select the tracks

such as finger prints or dirt and this is causing jitter during the rip.
It's also possible that it's your CD-ROM. If you have a second drive may be

However, I'd recommend trying a different ripper before you consider
buying
new CD's. Try CDEX or media player perhaps.

Hi list,
I use Easy CD Creator to rip tracks in to wave files. That way if I
need to tweek with the volume of anything I can go in to Fast Edit and edit
some things like that. I also convert to wave files so I can see at a
glance how much time I have on the cd. Let's say you keep all the
