Hi back and thanks, the Grace USB ??? is a cassette to PC player. It is a special player that allows you to play cassets and they are then transfered into your com by a USB port. This device comes with Audacity as the program to use for file editing. It also allows you to store the files as MP3

Hi again listers. Come to find out that my problem was not an issue with entering anything but a version issue. The payment option that I used was only valid starting with ver5.53 and I was using 5.52. So upgraded to 5.55 and all's registered and done but thanks one and all for your help
