Hello again (Windows 98),
A new problem. Whenever the computer freezes (like when resources are too
low), I find that after bootup I lose the effectiveness of the shortcut
keys --- although the designated letter still shows up on the shortcut in
the Start menu.
To get them working again, I have
Windows98 ... problem has happened again and I don't remember
what the solution was. I think last time I did a Windows
update but that hasn't helped now. Here's the problem:

Address Book, one must keep the Address Book open while pasting into any other

Shortcut keys in Start menu stopped working each time I rebooted the

The solution was very simple (and I came upon by

all of IE6's updates installed, just where was this patch? At
