Last summer I actually met a guy who was a Kennyboy follower. I was
totally shocked. We were at a soccer game of my daughter and he was
one of the other fathers. I was shooting and he started asking some
questions...of course he had a 'Nikon' - Kenny recommended it.

Depending on the State you're responsible for the Tax, (I think that's
all States that have Sales Taxes, they've redefined them to be Use
Taxes), but they have almost no way of enforcing their will. Especially
as those States without Sales Taxes have no particular incentive
