Well, finally I seem to be getting the hang of this digital thing. I have
had two weddings these past two weekends that I would consider to be "ok".

Ok, so here is the plan...
I will fly into from Brisbane to Tokyo on Wed, 26 May, stay overnight in

This is one of my favourite lenses and I find myself using it more and more
since the *istD effectively makes it a FA 75mm f1.7. BUT, yesterday whilst
shooting inside the church following the ceremony, my lens refused to Auto
Focus. It would turn as far as it could go and then just sit there. I
Yesterday, I shot my first every RAW wedding using the 4gb Hitachi
microdrive (courtesy of the Muvo)! I did use some jpgs, just for the family
shots which are very easy to expose, so that I had more room for shooting
the creative stuff RAW. Anyways, I had a great time, and it all went
swimmingly
