Like it very much, Dag. The roadsign is just so significant... :-) I see this from work, on a cheapish, uncalibrated ViewSonic monitor. In the upper corner on the RH side there's some posterization that doesn't look like the outline of the background forest though it has the same hue and tone.

Nice. Kingfishers are such superb looking birds. I've never managed to photograph one successfully (apart from our Kookaburra, which is a very large kingfisher) I agree with others that the image looks oversharpened, particularly the larger version. The smaller version looks much better.

I thought I recognised the combination of sharpening (under the beak) and NR (plumage). :-) I sometimes find it best to apply the Ninja to the background only. I first duplicate the background layer, apply the Ninja to look good for the background, and leave the USM in the Ninja to 60 or lower.
