trying to figure out a semi-educational day plan, all the while
fitting in as much photography as possible. They're now models,
whether they want to be or not. A roll of seamless is on my short

Hi, guys (and gals)!
We hear a lot about 31mm and 77mm LTD lenses. It's been a while since
anyone has mentioned much about the 43. Who's using one? What do you
think of this lens compared to to other 'normal' lenses from Pentax?

Taken over the weekend. K100D, 18-55 at 43mm, ISO800, f4.5. Auto
contrast, levels, color correction, a little unsharp mask, and save
for web. Any feedback is appreciated, especially technical gripes.

again sometime with similar light and bounce in a little extra light.
Anyway, thanks for sharing.
Thank you!

No technical gripe. But, IMHO it would look better in portrait orientation.

interesting portrait technique. I'll give it a go soon.
Speaking of linear RAW conversions, who's using what? Or rather,
what's available? I currently have access to the software that came
with the K100D and CS2.

I thought he permutated.
No, he is a derivative

they did. The *ist film body certainly had specs close to the MZ-S,
but a low end build. I simply made an incorrect assumption with
regard to the digital bodies. Thanks for setting me straight.
