It looks like the AlienBBC code is not initialising properly for some reason. To find out what is happening at startup , you need to start slimserver from a command prompt with a debug option. 1. Open a Command prompt box. 2. cd to slimserver server directory - if it is the default location

I think you need to restart SlimServer to see the new fonts. There was a change some time ago that cached all of the fonts on startup, so new ones may not be seen. The .ttf file is not required, the ones that are there are for Unicode text support James

Just spoke to Tascam tech support for further clarification. The ECM8000 needs phantom power. But, when you turn on phantom power on the US-122L, it sends it to both the left and right MIC IN ports. I definitely don't want to be plugging my preamp into that. The Guitar/Line-in is a 1/4 TRS

When I try to turn on the SB3 and there is this 20sec delay, when it finally does turn on, it shows the SqueezeBox splash screen - saying 'Free your music' etc. Therefore it isn't actually starting up until after this delay. I have tried pressing all sorts of buttons during this delay
