It should do that already.
The ARTIST tag for each song on an album should represent the artist(s) that
perform on the song. If there are different artists on songs, SC will treat
this as a compilation album and will appear as a full album under Various
Artists (unless there is an ALBUMARTIST
Fixed it!
Running Windows update resolved the problem. Not sure which update, but
I had installed XP to SP3 level only.

just found a problem i think is new with 4.3. I've defined various
formats, some containing the pattern X_OF_Y. With MIS enabled this
X is not updated anymore (Y is) when changing tracks or after loading
a new playlist.
The regular now-playing screensaver doesn't show this behaviour.
So using this work around, does it mean that one doesn't have to be an
XM subscriber to access the stations?

Do live streams work and play without stopping ?
If the problem only affects Listen Again - try the following
1.save a copy of custom-convert.conf
2. edit custom-convert.conf and remove the -bandwidth 1000 from
the 3 RTSP lines.
3. Restart SC and retest.

Not sure, I just installed 7.3 today and its chewed up my library
bigtime and doubled all my tracks! When I've ironed that out I'll let

Yes, live streams worked fine, and removing -bandwidth seems
to have resolved the problem, at least Radio 3's In Tune has now
been playing for 5 minutes and sounds very good. Many thanks

I recently got MusicIP all set up and running. Now I just want to know
the most efficient way to keep my statistics in sync between MIP and SC
and my files.
I adjust ratings externally in J. River Media Center. The Custom Scan
Rating Tag scan takes care of getting ratings into SC just fine. I
