Just for curiosity: what is the lms server.
Saving the account details from the plugin settings page seemed to
hang, but succeeded after a couple of tries.

I've been playing with Party.app for an hour on iPad. I had a ton of
remarks, but I've decided to sober up ;)
I think a Party app is a great viral marketing idea... I kind of
understand why Apple insisted on rating 17+ the applications.
I believe Party sits in the middle of 2 purposes. Either

Room recognition based on WiFi signals can work on Android, but Apple
doesn't give you access to the WiFi data so not on iOS, sorry

Good idea.
But the best way to do it would be to use the remote configuration from
the normal iPeng anyway. Then you can send your guests directly to
whichever player you want them to use.
Plus you don't have to tell them your server's password.

Hi, I'm in the same position as previous posters. Running LMS 7.7.2 on
Debian Squeezse. Inguz is apparently installed correctly and is
accessible through web interface and Duet controller. I can change the
parameters etc. Tracks do not play if both flac/inguzdsp file types are
selected in File

In iPeng I go into iPeng Settings - Party Mode - Add Menu (for items
that will not be shown when party mode is enabled) and a blank list
comes up - blank so I cannot add anything. I click Done and iPeng
crashes/exits to iOShappens everytime so far, whether I have Only
Block Certain Menu

Hmm, should be connected to server, in Multiplayer Control I see my
server PC and my 3 Squeezeboxes (and playback on iPad).
I work from home so if you need any more info, please let me
know...have plenty of time for this in between work problems :D

Yes, it's a known issue with slower servers, we'll do another update
soon, we do have a fix.
There's a workaround that works for me (albeit I only see the issue
when playing Spotify synced with another player), at least: please try
to use the use small buffer setting under bitrate

Overall I am not totally sold on the GUI, but hey, neither am I with
the full iPeng on iPad app. As I said earlier I think a choice could be
made on the app's purpose, and this should override what follows.

I've installed this on my Xoom WiFi (running ICS) and it won't find any
players. I suspect this is because I'm not using the default port (I'm
using 9000) and my server is password protected. I tried specifying the
server as remote and put the port at the end (peter:9001), but I still

I've had a brief play with it and really like the idea - its definitely
something I will use.
I had what looked like an issue - perhaps its just 'pilot error'

'juke box' selection of the songs I like on any album,

More better to use virtualbox or vmware to create a virtual machine
running vortexbox.
It will scan way faster than the same computer running winders and it
only takes 512-1024 MB

There isn't a sub-menu for all Dynamic Mix options. Each option should appear
within Dynamic Playlist sub-menus:

It looks nice and is easy to use. A few things are bothering me

1. It is very hard to see which song is actually playing. I see that
