libFLAC.8.dylib file in the same directory the player is and right
now flac is being sent as is and decoded by the player flawlessly.

is no conversion with the same files.

Simply Brilliant, can't thank you enough. I've been so fed up with the
slowness of my PC recently (AMD Phenom Quad) and all the junk my vista
had accumulated over the years I took the plunge to rebuild to Windows 7
64bit so I could see all 4GB of my RAM.
Rebuild went OK but a few stresses with

I ran the x86-64 binary manually and it worked fine. Just ran it with

Just some information that may be helpful to someone! I have a usb sound
card connected to my Synology NAS and I was getting a constant crackling
noise with squeezelite.
After much googling
