The question was how to do this! I use squeeze ctrl on a Samsung S2 9.7
tab which should be large enough. I know that tablet mode is possible,
but I could not find anew entry in settings to activate it. Does anybody
know where to activate it. That was the question.

controlnot on PC but on my Xbox One game console!
This is just awesome, being able to control my Squeezeboxes via the

You would have to side load it, but you wouldn't want to. The interface,
especially tablet mode, would not work well with a controller if it

Sorry didn't see the post till now.
Always showing a particular player on opening is the point of the
Default player setting. Turn off default player and the app will open to
the last used one.

The Home Menu item 'Music Source' appears to be hard-coded and can't be
turned off. Which is fine. But every time I try to reorder the Home Menu
and move Music Source, it always eventually moves back to

Ctrl but that does not mean that I didn't.

Setting the LCD density to 380 (option didn't show at 390) had the
desired effect on Squeeze Ctrl, which looks great IMO, but text in other
areas is too small.

I think he might be talking about the "Random Albums" m no LMS 7.9
allows you to add under "additional browse modes".
It's a standard SqueezePlay menu and that's also how iPeng supports it
(the same is true for CustomBrowse).

Cool. It's not really an issue for me after discovering the saved server
workaround. The other server instances are running mostly just for
testing. With the saved server, the app connects to my main server
instance and stay there. When the app starts it connects to that server
immediately.

Ok. Finally got it. I added a server and port manually. I'm not sure if
that's what did it. I also turned off all but one server. If I have the
time, I'll play with it some more.
