It started to drop tracks from a playlist with the size of 20 tracks and yes my max playlist size is also 4000 tracks . I can't reproduce this. I've set both max playlist and keep tracks to 2000. Created a queue of 76 tracks. Once played, SmartMix kicked in, and I'm now at 81 tracks. -- Mic

Not the OP, but having the same issue where smartmix is not generating mixes using TIDAL. See my attached server.log. Thanks for that! Yep, I'm seeing the problem: actually a side-effect of the same problem some Deezer users have reported. We no longer get results for non-Spotify services :-(.

I use RandomMix to choose one random song, 'Add new items when old ones finish' is not checked, so it doesn't add more random songs when that song stops. How can I stop randomplay when it has chosen one song and let smartmix continue? I'm not sure. But then I wonder why you would go all the way
