After all this debugging, the problem fixed itself. My wife upgraded our
Spotify account (for reasons unrelated to the Squeezebox problems) and
it magically started working again, so I can only assume there was some
obscure problem with the account (throttling?) that was not being

Yup, still working fine. The fact that the icon is wrong leads me to
believe the browser is not getting the 'manifest'

Tested using Android 7 and Android 10 devices, LMS 8.0, Material 1.4 ...
it works perfectly in full-screen mode: Kiwi, Vivaldi, even Opera with
the correct setup! I get the correct icon when creating new shortcuts,
and the result works in full-screen. Why is this working so

Can someone try the attached version? Not sure what has changed, but it
seems to work for me. Unzip the contents *within* your existing
MaterialSkin folder, and restart LMS. (LMS will state that there's an
update for MaterialSkin - as it considers the 1.3.0 release to be newer
than this test

with MAC addresses that started AA:AA
The AA:AA ones were, I think, created by Airplay Plugin.

It's not exactly autoplay, but it way be as easy as sending the playlist
ID to LMS.

Yes, "Add to home screen" used to work exactly this way but, for me, no
longer. It adds the icon, but no longer opens full-screen. I'll give
