Answered my own question...
There are 2 points to set this up (audioscrobbler plugin and internet
radio). I hadn't checked the box in internet radio to use the
audioscrobbler settings... doh!

Where does material pick up the time format for it's screensaver clock
and can it be changed 12/24hr.
The reason I ask is that material running on chrome on win10 displays a
24hr ss, whilst squeezelite on the same machine displays 12hr.
