Olaf,
I am familiar with the issue you describe, and like you I have grudgingly
gotten used to the habit of checking mail on the road, and when it has
not been sent, switching it to draft then waiting and resending.
This Yellow Triangle of Doom is new behavior in version 5. In every case

I like the fact that it doesn't keep trying.
I am the postmaster of a mail server and have seen Outlook inundate the
server.
If sending to a list of recipients and the last address fails, Outlook
resends to the whole list every 3 minutes. The user has no idea this is
going on because there is ze

What do you mean with?
Which script did you open?
there's a menupoint called send waiting mails under connections.
This one does the job.
I don't see it as a major design flaw, there could be an error with that

This behavior is actually one of the weakest points in PowerMail.
Especially when on road in hotels with flaky phone lines it happens often
that a mail doesn't get through. What PowerMail doesn't do though is to
simply try again next time I do a "send and receive all" which I consider
a major desi
Thanks Andy-
I tried each of these things, carefully testing each one by quitting both
PM and SS, firing up PM, sending myself a message from another account on
another machine, then checking mail in PM. Nothing worked. In fact at
one point ScriptEditor itself asked where SpamSieve was, confirm

Here's what I did to get it to work. Some of it is a bit of voodoo
because I'm not sure exactly how it worked.
1. I opened the script in Script Editor. Selected a message and ran the
script. While SpamSieve was not open.
Did you trash the Spam Sieve preferences as someone suggested ?
All the best

Hi Karsten-
I just moved to a new machine, running Panther instead of Jaguar, and now
I have this problem. I have run OnyX, asking it to do most everything it
does, but nothing has helped. Does anyone else have any insight into how
to fix this?

This means the message(s) was/where NOT sent.
As the problem seems not resolved (they return to the triangle flag after
new send attempt) these messages never have been sent.
What MIGHT be the problem is that on this account on which you are
trying, you need to FIRST choose to GET messages (che
