I'm not sure what you mean by 'slow display'. Do you mean each line

a noticeable amount of time to display when you switch to a folder or
that it takes a long time to switch between folders? Or maybe something

I had the same problem. After doing a search, change the zoom factor
(using the buttons at the bottom of the window), and the problem should
go away, even after you set it back to the original zoom. That's what
did it for me.
