[PEDA] Board fabricator in UK/EU

2003-09-11 Thread Stephen Casey
Hello, I have a requirement for a slightly unusual PCB. Does anybody (preferably in the UK) know of a fab house who could make something with these specifications?: (1) 0.3 mm thick substrate. (2) Double sided. (3) Approx 10x0.4mm dia plated through holes. (4) Small size ~6x6mm. (5) Fairly

I've used a Aluminium/Ceramic/Copper substrate before. I think one brand is ThermalClad. This should meet your dimensional stability, and you can choose any metal substrate, e.g.. spring steel or aluminium, this should give you the strength you need.

Im trying to get a PCB to fit the internals of an 165x85x55 IP65 box.(its not just a rectangle) The size shape and mounting holes are allready available to me in corel draw. I have tried exporting from CD as dwg and importing to DXp with no luck(nothing seen on screen).I find DXPs CAD for

Hi there, I been digging in the docs and trying experiments to try to get an old old DOS-based Orcad netlist into my copy of Protel 99SE so at the least I can do the layout changes and not pay someone else to.. My only conclusion is that I will have to manually reformat it by hand to a Protel

I can think of four easy things to try right-off-the-bat. First - It has been my experience that failure of DXP to display an imported .dwg or .dxf file is most often due to negative coordinate elements in the drawing you are trying to import. Be sure that the zero reference for the drawing

IMNSHO, protel and other cad packages went a long way backwards when they moved away from text formats. Sure, binary might be smaller, and harder to reverse-engineer, but there's nothing like being able to run a design through a shell script and being able to change numerous values. Scripting
