Hi,
We have a problem with the merge tool.
We have a relatively complex data model with lots of relations. We want
to use the merge tool with this data.
The merge tool allows to carefully choose which attributes should end up
in the merged feature. This works fine, except for the feature

make editing work with the controller.
Anyway, I just wanted to underline that if this is to be considered a
feature request it wouldn't be eligible for a grant (that explicitly
forbids new features).

Hi,
I have troubles compiling QGIS on my Linux Ubuntu 20.04 machine.
I use a self-compiled GEOS and GDAL.
The build always hangs at "crssync" - here is the ninja build output I
get. Do you have any idea what might be wrong or what I could do in
order to fix this problem?
Thank you for your
Hi all,
Thank you Nyall for raising these questions - and Greg for joining the
discussion.
Obviously, the questions are not easy and straight-foward to answer.
They also depend on what the other OS projects will do about this
situation in general.
Perhaps we can also ask the KDAB folks
+1 - if it would be possible to remove the qwtpolar dependency (but
apprently not part of this grant).
I remember I had troubles in the past because qwtpolar dependencies.

Both layers share the same primary keys.
Question: could I trigger the atlas (of a selected single feature) from
layer 2 from the form/table of
Hi all and thanks for the discussion,
Even and I discovered that the .xls files are loading with correct
encoding in Linux but not on Windows which leads to the assumption that
freexl on Windows might not have been correctly compiled/linked against
iconv.
Something that maybe Jürgen could

Yes - I also assume it is a limitation of OGR or FreeXL. I was hoping
that some secret OGR opening option, environment variable or sidecar
