Keith,
You did not go into a lot of detail but I'm only going to assume that you
need help in the lifting department. All you need to do is purchase an
electric lift like a Sure Hands with a toileting sling. I have this set up

the most physical thing that my caregivers do is roll
I have a big red container for my needles but am told that I need more. My

pubic cath site is cleaned daily with betadine. I use disposable diapers. All
these need to be in marked containers. When emptied, they have to go to a
special
medical refuse site.
Does anyone do all this? I

Hey,
As long as the needles are in a red container, thats seems reasonable to me.
People have been throwing kids diapers in the trash for 40 yrs, so I dont
think a disabled individuals diapers are any more of a biohazard.

Hey,
When your using a sling back there are a few things to take into
consideration.
1)How tall is the back
2)Does the back have tension adjustment straps
If your back is considerably tall and has adjustment straps tightened all the
way, then I would think it would work, but the

Hi Rob,
In this Age of Technology, the fact that a person is caused to spend time in
bed, means less to the life they live than ever before, and it has only been
pathetic when the person allows it to become so. Stay strong.

Looking for a toilet sling for a Trixie lift? anyone? I checked the site
and tried contacting the manufacturer but no luck.
Eric, there is no so. I am a Christian and I will try to forgive him for his
sins against the world, the people of America and God.
Maybe his good friend Putin will give him a bowl of dioxin soup while they brag
about who has made more rich friends wealthier and laugh at the starving.

I don't. It would cost a small fortune to have biohazard materials collected
here.

Some of the more modern waste fascilities try to dispose of human waste in a

Just happened to catch it last week. For a game show I found it to be
pretty decent, but I don't have a lot of time to devote to things like
that. I'll save that for when I am stuck in the hospital having a
colonoscopy.
