Subject: [QUAD-L] VR BSCI
Yesterday was a bittersweet kind of day. I had a meeting with Voc Rehab
and Brain and Spinal Cord Injury Program (BSCI). Voc Rehab is currently
paying tuition, books, and nursing while I'm at school. BSCI pays for my
nursing outside

I watched that show as well as the one following it - Bill Moyers
concerning impeaching both Bush and Chaney. It talked about how the planners
of the Constitution foresaw just such a series of events that we are seeing
now - a president (and vice president) acting above the law

State Voc Rehab is funded by the Federal Budget. For every $1 each state
raises the Feds give them $3 dollars more. Feds are expecting the states to
pick up more of their spent budgets and less of a drain on the Federal Budget,
which is much less due the increase in the defense budget..

handicapped that are given to VR, the handicapped would be fully employed.

I had the same trouble with them paying for college. First it was too much
aid and nursing care, then I wasn't taking enough credit hours to suit them.
Then they cancelled me because I lived in a nursing home. Then on Christmas
break I schedualed a 1 week hospital

Why are you blaming the war for cutting services to Medicare/Medicaid, Voc
Rehab, etc.? The programs are not affected by the defense budget.
