I used a full electric blanket yrs ago after my injury. One night I rolled on
my side and the blanket got wedged between my knees. When I woke up I had two
burns with blisters on the insides of my legs. Thats the danger, if the blanket
gets on the skin ith weight and you dont move.

I never thought an electric blanket would get that hot.
I have burned my self so many ways. The worst was dropping a cup of
coffee. I had an insulated cup that got so hot it burned my hand and
leg. I rest my cup on a pillow on my lap often leaning it on my stomach.

Hi Larry,
I know you've probably tried every 'modern' treatment out there ... have you
ever tried using the old wet to dry saline and gauze packing? I was in a
nursing home waiting for a flap to be done and my Ex and I got so frustrated
Wow, guys, Some tough situations and even tougher people. I've had a 4 inch
sore on my butt for over 6 yrs. It just refuses to heal. We dress it twice
a day. It is not deep and doesn't tunnel. However, it is a wide open sore.
I sit on a Roho and fully expect to take this sore to the grave with me.

amount of months in bed, then don't.
I, personally have NEVER EVER seen an OBGYN or had a PAP smear or have a
mammogram. I'll never have a Colonoscopy or any other type of tests for
disease hunting. I've been plugging
Well, I have an appointment with a wound specialist this Wednesday. I figure
a wound that hasn't healed in four years needs some serious assistance. I
should have done this nearly three years ago but just could not face
