Qubes OS with the world, or at least with people of my country sharing my own
language if you don't mind, because Qubes OS documentation looks like imo being

I managed to complete the updates after 45m, I followed your suggestion and
bounced the template VM and rerun the 'dnf update --refresh' command, however
the issue persists - the same painful slowness while fetching the repositories:
[root@fedora-23 ~]# dnf update --refresh

It seems that the updates on dom0 are also affected:
sudo qubes-dom0-update

I am unable to use qvm-usb and hope you might help me find the problem.
My system is based on qubes 3.2, with qubes-usb-proxy 1.0.5 in a
standard fedora-23 VM to which I assigned all my USB controllers.

Clearnet, is not a bandwidth problem the update on all the other templates are
working just fine its only on fedora23 that this is taking forever.
I installed w7x64 in a HVM today, and while the tools installation took about 1
hour of the installer seemingly not doing anything, and a few of the reboots
"failing", it seems to be working fine now, including network access. (R3.2rc2.)

I remember when I first installed Windows Tools, I accidentally double-clicked
it and it was installing 2 versions of it at the same time.
This may have been what screwed up network access.
It may not be a glitch with Windows Tools at all.
