Greetings,
I can report that i was able to install (and boot) the Qubes 4 final without
any problems out of the box (no extra boot option) on my Lenovo Thinkpad T430,
while installing Qubes 4 from an external dvd drive.
The same notebook already worked without problems with qubes 3.2 final. i d

Thanks for the link. I see I have still some references to fc25 in the repo

:) I managed to get the updates from testing but still see `fc25` instead of

Hi,
I'd be interested in best practices as well. I'm using offlineimap + neomutt +
msmtp in an AppVM for my emails.
I do HTML rendering with lynx in the email AppVM. Since it doesn't do
JavaScript I don't see a reason for me to fire up a disposable VM for the HTMl
emails that I receive.

Hi guys,
I have followed the instruction routine: using Rufus to prep. for a USB-based

I stuck in the rebooting routine during 'Configuring TemplateVM fedora-26'.
I had to do a force shutdown. Now, I cannot boot anymore from my USB
I decided over the long weekend to install Qubes 4.0 on my laptop after
realizing that I could set up a dual-boot. I know this isn't very security
conscious, but I was more concerned whether the hardware would be supported. It
turns out I can't use my external monitor and usb keyboard, but that'

Hi everyone,
I am upgrading from Qubes 3.2 to 4.0 and I am running into issues during

My goal is to install Qubes 4.0 on an external Samsung T5 USB 3.1 SSD. I
created the installation media in Windows using Rufus as specified and every

Hello. First-time Qubes user, somewhat new to Linux.
I'm not able to connect to the network over Ethernet. In the system tray is a

icon changes to two circling red dots (i.e. a "wait" icon). Occasionally a

Did you ever manage to get it to pass through to Windows properly? I still have
issues passing one USB to my Windows Guests. I have to go through a lot of
trouble to get a USB device in there, and even then it doesn't always work.

Hi folks,
I try to use the F12 for selecting boot device in the booting of a guest, but
that is not functioning.
The POST screen has no delay, thus when you click start, by the time the window

the key-press.
