Hi,
I'm curious about spam apps. In trying to get a better understanding of how
some of the apps are designed/work, I came across "Razor"/Cloudmark. In
doing some basic Google/research, I came across the razor app and I'm trying
to get an answer to some basic questions...

Well, now that the new reporting server has been online for a week (Thanks
Jordan!), I have definitely noticed a major improvement in reporting.
Reports now flow through the system as fast as they used to when Razor first

Hi!
Thank you for your comprehensive answer. First of all I have no complaints
whatsoever about the Cloudmark support! I was just referring to the message
sent by mister Graff. I have not experienced such a delay myself (I am
personally using the SpamNet "beta" plug-in that was still free when

Razor (still running BTW) and Razor2 are open collaborative filtering

I'm certainly not saying switching away from the public servers is a good
idea.
The kind of hash-based scoring razor does really works best when 10,000 people
rather than 1,000 contribute, and only gets better with more users.

Hi everyone,
I only recently subscribed to this list. If I am correct Razor is an open
source client for the commercial Cloudmark database right?
Is the database system actually opensource as well? Or is there no public
information about its setup?
I'm interested in running my own spam filter se
