I agree with Bill, that an M12 and Paul brakes is sub-optimal. I would recommend the Shimano CX-50 brakes from Rivendell over the Tektro CR720s. I had the Tektros and didn't care for them; I recently installed the CX-50s and like them a lot. Personal preferences. I do have Paul brakes on

Bob Thanks It is a 58. Fenders Ill take some pics tomorrow to give you a better idea. There is about 5/16" between the seat stay bridge and the rear tire. There is about 1/2" between the bottom of the fork crown and tire. I don't plan on installing fenders unless I try those short wooden ones.
