As Keith points out standover heights are listed so you can also do PBH - 2.54 = standover as a starting point. That is to say the Standover should be 1in less than PBH (1 in crotch clearance in bare feet). You can fudge 1 cm larger since you are wearing shoes which lifts you up, and 3cm maybe

I don't know if brass threads are up to the load? The cage is fastened to the standoff by a screw that cannot extend into the frame braze-on so each traditional bottle cage connection becomes a chain of two brass to steel threaded connections. I'll stick with longer M5 cap bolts and spacer

I *think* that the Honjos -- perhaps other aluminum fenders, too? -- are more prone to cracking if they are improperly installed with stress at attachment points. I base this on a sample of 1 pair of Honjos that cracked at the brake bridge -- I've owned at least 1 other pair of Honjos, at least 2
