Just a semi-related observation:
One of the things I noticed the other day I'd fired up the MapMyRide
app, which used to just have bike/run/walk, etc then later it added

So my surprise was, it had multiple categories: Road Cycling, Mountain

I also use the VO decaleur that mounts in the headset stack, paired with a
Nitto Mark's rack and an Acorn rando bag, all on a 55cm Sam. The system
works brilliantly, even off pavement. The combination of the decaleur,
tombstone loop on the bag, and four under-bag velcro straps is rock solid.
Hi Rivish folk.
My old knees have determined that I need to standardize on 170mm cranks.
Therefore, I have 2x 175s for sale.
Thanks for looking.

Hey all,
Looking for a set of Paul Racer Mediums, any finish, 47-57mm reach.
Non-recessed mount would be optimal, but I understand I can change the bolt
if needed. Thank you all!

I had the same issue last winter on my Cross Check, and I'm thinking
MTB-style clip-on fenders are the route I need to go this upcoming year.
Ugly as sin but possibly the only alternative.

Cut the fender into two parts, and mount the sections in front of and behind

Andy makes some great suggestions, i know this started as a question around

I'd say the tires are too big for that bike. There's the Nokian A10 in 650b,
which is much smaller, actual 35mm width. Might not be the aggressive tread and
studs you need, but it's probably the better tire for the bike if you want to
run fenders. Also, to keep in mind, fenders will easily fill
no offense, Johan, the one you show has been tightened to overload. As I

I'd call that bar a flat bar. (It's not a straight bar, in the way that
some mountain-bike bars can be jackhammer-handle straight, but that's
another matter.)

I had a regular thump thump in a 650 B supple tire. But it went away when
the supple sidewall had an explosive blowout. I have since used hypetex
(kevlar) reinforced sidewalls.
You may want to check the integrity of your sidewalls for any signs of
delamination.

I wouldn't call it a flat bar. I'd call it a North-roads bar, or a 3-speed
city bar, or a swept back bar, bot not a flat bar.

Ron that's a pretty nice collection! Do any of the knives pair particularly
well with a certain bike or does it just depend on the bag you grab?
I would think linseed oil would be a nice touch on the opinel handle with or

OK, my bad. Next time, I will be sure to use the term FLAT-ISH to
