I've got so many Riv T's it's silly, but still the BBH version makes me

More on the Nitto R14 top rack. It came up if the stays were cut. And they have
been to fit a smaller 650 Betty Foy. It's a 53 I think. I measured the length
and they are 31.5cm with maybe a centimeter of adjustment available. I held
them up to my 60cm Sam and no way would it fit. So get it if
Clamp on downtube shifter bosses are sold.
The two racks are still available.

Thanks for all your thoughts everyone. I've been convinced to stay with
the 700c wheels that it was designed for.
Now as to my other question, 40mm Supremes vs 35mm Supremes? Any reason to
pick one over the other?

It looks like you're in like Flynn (whatever that means)!.
I just heard about the source of that idiom on a replay of Wait, Wait
Don't Tell Me on NPR. It's most commonly considered a reference to Errol
Flynn, who had a notoriously easy time with the ladies. When you

Build feedback. If you haven't tried the MKS Sneakers, give them a try.
Maybe the sneakers will go on the Trek, freeing up the Grip Kings for the
Atlantis, but every stable should have one set of sneakers. If you are
dead-set on paying the money for Grip Kings, then treat your self to

I've had tires with a mold-error where the bead is just flattened, and
can't hook the rim properly. I got them warrantied. That doesn't mean
that's what you have going on, but it is possible. You'd easily be able to
see it and feel it if the bead is messed up at the area where it is

Was it possible you were trying to install 22.2mm grips onto 23.8mm bars?
Anyway, Michael
Riv cork grips are 22.2mm and Albatross bars are 22.2mm. I agree with Ryan
that you should do a dryfit first, but it should be easy. Mine slid on
effortlessly when dry-fitting them. Then
I saw a pretty green vintage Rivendell (probably a road standard), locked

You can not run 650B wheels on a 700C Sam Hillborne. The reasons are
threefold
1. Reach. The brake clearance on a 700C Hillborne is dialed for a long
reach sidepull brake. A 650B would require ~20mm more reach than an
already long reach brake. There are no good 90mm reach brake calipers.
on the ground anyway to provide Fred
Flintstone braking. You could make it into an adult sized skuut bike!
That would be fun!
