You can get BART at SFO to take you to an Amtrak Station, at which you get on a Capitol Corridor train to Sacramento. At SFO BART, take a train heading to Pittsburg/Bay Point or to Richmond, and get off at the 12th St Oakland station. The Jack London AMTRAK station is less than a mile walk.
