SOUR CREAM MEATBALLS
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 (8oz.) carton sour cream
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
MIx ground beef, garlic powder, salt and 1/2 of the sour cream together.
Form into balls and brown in skillet. (I always brown meatballs in the
oven on a broiler pan with rack, at 350º f
