it looks to be that you have the cdrom as the second device on the first
ide controller you might want to try switching it to the first device on

Add this line into the .xinitrc file, which is located in your
user's directory
/usr/local/kde/bin/startkde
You may have to create this file. Then just type startx, and it
will start KDE instead of FVWM

Thanks for your reply. When I deleted the hda1 partition through
Linux's fdisk, I did not create any new partition on those sectors.

sendmail seems to work really well for an ISP with individual user accounts
but how to I set it upfor a mail server to direct all mail addressed to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] to a single account, say tom (where xxx is
any name at all and tom is a user in my password file and
it is more powerful than the one used by M$ as a byte of
advice run to your store and get 'DNS and BIND' read it
and you won't be sorry:')
