The 'Resin 3.2' link on the caucho.com front page takes me to the resin 4.0
docs. If I rewrite the 3.1. docs URL http://caucho.com/resin-3.1/doc/ to
say 3.2 http://caucho.com/resin-3.1/doc/, I see a page showing 3.1. docs.
Should I just be looking at 3.1 docs? (If so, why the link to 3.2 on the
My resin instance won't start if JSSE is enabled in the configuration, but I
can't figure out what the problem is. (Yes, I'm aware of the advice for
using OpenSSL instead, but that's not an option for me for the time being.)
And yet, if I enable JSSE *while resin is running*, it appears to work
Perhaps the key-store-file gets read by a different class at startup than it
does at runtime. Have you tried using an absolute path in the
key-store-file? I use JSSE and only have the three nodes you show below.

Well, that seems to have done it!
I'd tried that in days gone by, and found it didn't work, but perhaps I
wasn't being sufficiently scientific and had made some other mistake
instead.
Thanks very much, Aaron, I really appreciate it.

I have a server with apache+resin-3.1.6 installed.
Are you running caucho_module?
Have you used netstat command during troubleshooting? We had our
thread-max fairly high and I was seeing mass quantities of connections
to the srun port. Shutting down the JVM would clear the connections,
but it
Is there a way to limit access to site/caucho-status URL either per
IP or per user/password?
Have you checked out Location directive?
This works nicely.
Location /caucho-status
SetHandler default-handler
Order Deny,Allow
Deny from all
Allow from 192.168.
/Location

In our case, we still use Apache, due to other things we need, but we
have always used mod_proxy to communicate with the backoffice Resin
instances, instead of mod_caucho.
This is a smashing idea, and I feel like an idiot for not seeing it.
Unfortunately, ProxyPassMatch is broken in the RPM

I just started to see strange behaviour in which our server seems to

The resin docs on the caucho site are badly in need of revision,
reorganization, and some TLC.
I'd love to see Caucho make their course material available. I don't
anticipate a training budget that includes travel, so am dependent on
resin-interest and the documentation that is online.
