not actually being saved in the database. It's really annoying. I've been
meaning to look into whether or not the browser can be told not to provide
auto-filled username/password on specific fields.

We use Django's e-mail functionality which unfortunately doesn't give us any
sort of debugging information.
What mail server are you using? And is it on the same host? Do you have
anything like DKIM turned on?
