Not clear. Here is the query.. Due to some reasons , the IP address of
the system got changed ..
Hence i did modify /etc/apache/conf/httpd.conf file to reflect new IP
address .
I restarted Apache services . Now Apache configuration looks fine after
IP Address change.

Detailed comments below, but summarizing my personal short term priorities:
1. Custom field support.
2. Support DVCS revision in the changenum field.
3. Add a field for local branch name.
Of course, (1) means that (3) (and (2), sort-of) can be done with an
extension... which is one reason (1)
#1 will absolutely happen for 1.8. It's in progress now.
One of our students is writing support for specifying a revision and branch a
change was pushed as, after you close a review request. That should make 1.8.

That's a known issue. We tell pysvn about the path and username, but it chooses
to ignore the username. We should probably rewrite the path on-the-fly, but I
fear that can lead to unexpected configuration problems.
You should be able to put the username in and just have the original in Mirror
