Let me re-phrase what I just said (it's too early in the morning for me :-)
These are classic tilted perovskite structures due to the large size
of the RE atom. YbAlO3 (Pbnm) might be expected to have the same structure
as EuAlO3 (Pbnm). Try typing YbAlO3 into Google.

ore about the geometry of your TOF diffractometer, but
most such machines now collect data over a range of angles for reasons of
efficiency, just like conventional diffractometers :-)
