I was a big fan of the original Speed Racer series, so watching the movie
was a bit of a let down for me. Although they did manage to create some very

I think what makes the show so bad is that they aimed it for the 8 year old
group. The original was aimed at 13yr olds. When you focus shows for such a
young group you have to delete a lot of elements that would make the plots
good plus any physical conflicts are highly limited.
