Since CS and the immune system work in entirly different ways it would be a good idea here to make a distiction.
IMO
CS does not strengthen the immune system. It works 'along side' it doing what the immune system does in an entirely different manner and ONLY on single celled organisms.

Try putting some in a blender and aerating it for maybe
10 seconds on high. Aeration is used to eliminate CO2
from Reverse Osmosis product water, which comes out acid. This might help.
