Sometimes the CS - when put into another medium - only helps the medium.
In other words - the CS in the milk may have only purified the milk and
the little kitten didn't get the full benefit (or maybe none at all)
If the situation were to arise again - straight CS into the mouth say by

MA,
as a former cattery owner, i can assure you that
cs did not kill the kits. i have used cs both in
place of water 100% and with a nebulizer on both cats
and kits. i have also used it with my children from
newborn to big kids. drink it or nebulize with it,
none died from cs. if a kit has

People who use longer times are usually using larger volumes of distilled water or use some sort of
current limiting so that their current levels would not reach the high levels you would get in your
unregulated system towards the end of the brewing time.

No -- no coughing. Just a kind of snuffling noise that sounded like a stuffy
nose. My husband picked up antibiotics for me from the vet yesterday, but they
sent big tablets. I needed liquid. So I used the CS instead and intended to
go into tow

Well, I'm not sure -- but it got pretty cold here last night -- high
How long. Hmm.. I just keep testing until I reach 6 pmm as I I'm using a TDS.
I would say couple of hrs. Sometimes, if I start and get busy with something
else I know will distract my attention from the brew, I shut it down and resume
later on.
I'd say 1.5, sometimes 2+ hrs minimum for a qu

Hi Scott,
two ways you can do it.
1 is to use an aquarium bubbler in the water while you are making it. I have
gotten it as high as 50 ppm and it still staying clear forever. Most of the
time I get it up to 25 ppm and it stays crystal clear with the bubbler.
2 You can add a tiny bit of Hyd

No, I don't think that would be possible. I think the best course of actions
would have been to nebulize with CS, since oral CS does not do well with
respiratory infections. How cold did it get in the barn last night?

A week ago I adopted two kittens. They were very young -- probably five or six
weeks old. They were raised outside, and I got them to be barn cats, so I set
up a nice pen for them in my barn. One of them seemed to have picked up a
respiratory infection the past couple of days, so last night I

Can anyone on the list tell me the "best" way to make clear CS at a 10ppm
minimum w/o it turning yellow the next day. I have a small 27 volt battery
operated machine and use pure steam-distilled water w/o any sodium and pure
silver strands (99.999%). I can make a 5ppm batch that does not turn
